Registering your Dana Card gives you access to valuable card features such as:

If your registered Dana Card has been lost or stolen, please Contact your Cafe Manager immediately. Upon verification of your card, we can freeze your remaining balance and transfer that balance to a replacement card.
With a registered Dana Card, you can conveniently reload funds online using your credit card (MasterCard, VISA or Amex), making a one-time reload.
Your account activity report will show you up to eleven of the most recent transactions on your card, including the location and the time the transaction occurred and provide you with information about your online reload activity for the past 4 months.
If you wish to no longer have a registered account with us, we're sorry to see you go. Send us an email apps@danahospitality.ca from the email address used to register your account requesting that your account be closed and we'll take care of the rest. Any balance remaining on your card will be kept, but the card will no longer be registered. and your name and contact info will be purged from the system.
